Error 0xc0000005

I always got an error while opening some apps such as wps office, steam, roblox, lightshot, discord, also vcredist_x64 installation etc.I've reinstalled windows many times, I am using windows 8.1 before and windows 7 right now but the problem is still there, I can't do much for it.Anyone please help me fix this problem, it's been while since I got the problem.
