Since installing Windows SP3 I cannot access the Windows Update site. I keep
getting the message to "Please change your Internet Explorer security
settings" which are correctly set. This is a home computer running Windows XP
Home edition. Any help is appreciated.

Just for 'fun'...

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft
Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you repair a Windows XP
installation

(Ignore the title - it may fix your problem reguardless of how you got to
the situation you are now in...)

Hi Shenan, I tried the fix you suggested with the link. After going to DOS,
and typing the first entry I get "Access Denied". Don't ask me why as I don't
understand as this is a simple home installation.
