Error 0x80080204: Will not let me install/update anything related to Windows

Anytime I try to either install outlook though the store or update office 365, it installs for a few seconds maybe downloading ~300KB of the program and then comes up with this error. This does not happen when I try to install things not related to Windows including things like ITunes. I have tried:Restarting PCRun troubleshooting app for Microsoft StoreUsing a different user on the PCReinstalling WindowsAnd a lot of other troubleshooting methods as wellThis is very frustrating as this is a work PC and I have no way of doing things for work.
