I am trying to upgrade an HP EliteBook 8470p laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I downloaded the MediaCreationTool_22H2.exe program from the Windows 10 download site. On launching, a logo appears briefly and shortly thereafter I get a notice indicating a problem and reporting the error as 0x80072F8F-0x20000. I've gone through the activation protocol for Windows 7 successfully. The system is updated with all required Windows 7 updates, and set to synchronize automatically with 'time.windows.com'.How can I troubleshoot this problem?
