Error 0x800700C1 when trying to enable windows features

[Windows 11]

OS Name and Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Home Single Language, 10.0.22631 Build 22631Version I need to update to: KB5048685What I Tried:- Updating windows gives another error 0x800705b9- Repair upgrade using an iso file which ended in "Windows 11 installation has failed"- sfc /scannow "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service."- Troubleshoot works but windows features still does not work- Restarting windows update service at services.msc
