Error 0x80070057 with Windows Intelligent Update

I keep getting this error message when I check for updates, I also cannot get the 2023-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows Version Next for x64 (KB5028949) to finish the install. It keeps asking to restate the computer.As stated above the error message is 0x80070057.I have attempted to do things like restarting, as well as shutting down and attempting to start again. It is very frustrating. It would seem it is now stopping me from downloading the latest Canary build.All help appreciated.
