Error 0x80004005 With Microsoft Store!

So I'm trying to install something with microsoft windows but it has this error 0x80004005 then i watched and checked a few tutorials but it dint work then i stumble across something. i checked my D drive and my "WindowsApps" folder is there even though its supposed to be in my C drive. but now i keep trying to move the "WindowsApp" folder back it keeps asking for "permission" even though I'm administrator. I'm still not sure if that is the main problem but I've been trying for 2 years please help.
