New computer: HP Laptop: Intel I7, 16 GB ram, 512 SSD drive. When starting- it boots but has error code 4 times- error is Files\\WindowsApps\MicrosoftTeams_22042.702.1226.2352x64_8wekyb3d8bbwe\VRUNTIME140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains errors. Error status 0x0000020.What must I do to rectify this situation? Searching for answers asked me to run sfc /scannow (Does not work), chkdsk/f c: (does not work) and the DISM.exe (will not work).Thanks
