Error 0x0000011b when adding a new printer. Issue persists after installing all available updates.

Hello,I'm trying to add a network printer. But when I connect and try to download the printer driver, I get the following error message "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation failed with error 0x0000011b"I looked up previous questions like this including:Redirecting these posts suggest, I need to install all the updates
