I am having a problem using my Epson printer. It was working just fine this morning but I had to step away for a while. While I was gone another employee was using the computer and now it wont print. It is configured through a switch to be a networked printer, NOT USB. I checked the Ethernet cables and they are fine. When I turned the printer off and held down the feed button to print out a configuration ticket it is listed as being configured through USB. I thought that as long as the network card was plugged in it disabled the USB. Anyway I have checked port settings and they are all correct. I have tried printing test pages both through the program I normally use and devices and printer option with no results. I don't know what else to try.
