Epson ES-400 II driver won't install on Windows 11 new computer

I have tried the many suggestions I found on this site and none of them worked. This is a scanner that I use on my work system with Windows 10 with no issues. I have it running through a hub, which was also connected to my personal Windows 10 system. My personal system died so I replaced it with a system with Windows 11. Since I did that I have not been able to get a scanner to work. I also have an Epson Perfection 3170 photo scanner which is an older scanner, so I thought that is why it didn't work. Yet the ES - 400 ii is only a few years old, and it also wouldn't set up. I downloaded
