Epic Games Launcher installer file gives an error: "the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".

I am running Windows 11 Home. There is no option to run as administrator. I searched the issue online, and tried some fixes. One method wanted me to open the local policy editor, however it seems it isn't available in Home version of Windows. Another method included editing the registery, however the section it wanted me to edit wasn't there in the registery editor, probably also because of Home edition. How can I install the msi file?
