Enter network credentials

I have a Readynas nv+. I was able to access the folders than I did a Factory reset on it to start fresh, I access the UI with Pale Moon browser, set everything up. I can see my share folder on my computer but when I click on it I get the dreaded ENTER NETWORK CREDENTIALS widow. My other NAS system folders are accessible and in Credential Manager it shows them. I remember using my Readynas sign in when I initially attached them to this Windows 11 computer. I have spent days on this searching and trying every solution out there and nothing works. Help Please
