Endless select account loop

Whenever i startup my pc a blue screen saying select account comes and when I select my account and put the correct password it says incorrect and if I click the forgot Password or don't see your account it tells me to restart to fix and when I click restart it says preparing automatic repair for 5 minutes then keeps loading and loading all hype no substance. And I can't use a installation media usb. And I can't fix it please help me. And no there's no windows power button
