endless reboots after windows 11 upgrade

Hello, I recently rebooted to allow Windows 11 to upgrade to the latest version . (It's December 2024).After a few reboot cycles, Windows assured me that everything was coming along nicely. I was playing with my phone patiently waiting for the windows updates to finish. Unfortunately, I'm now stuck in a reboot cycle. I never see the windows logo. The BIOS splash page comes up, telling me i can hit Del or F2 to go into BIOS settings. If I wait and do nothing, Windows never comes up. The screen stays black. I might get a one pixel high line across the bottom or middle of the screen, and then
