Encountered warning "propogation of permission settings.." message while exiting the properties window for "Failed to enumerate objects in the contain

Hi, need help with this. I went into my C:\Users\msn login account then view the Security tab for Windows 11. I do not recall making any changes to any security settings for any group or user names (Account unknown, System, msn login account, Administrators ) but while closing the properties window, an error occurred. Apparently I might have changed something because windows security pop ups with "setting security information on: "C:\Users\msn login account\Appdata\Local\AMD\DVR\232871511543434492\0, then the message "an error occurred while applying security information to: ...\320881ec6073a6
