enabling core isolation & memory integrity caused bsod after login, windows 11

on a laptop by asus rog ( R9-7940hs ) running windows 11 , after I set memory integrity and restart , the system went into a loop of bsod -> restart -> login -> bsodthe minidump is 082323-10859-01.zip
