EnableAutoTray value resets to 0 after restart on Windows 11

HiI have Windows 11 with all the latest released updates installed and I have configured that all icons show in the system tray as described in this SO answer: Windows 11, taskbar corner overflow, show all tray icons value of the EnableAutoTray key in the Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer is set to 1 and I have selected the checkbox in the "Notification Area Icons" screen.This works fine until I restart Windows.
