Enable Motherboard video port

[Windows 11]

I have a dell 3630 tower with a RTC 3050 graphics card. The graphics card has 2 video ports. I want to connect a third monitor to the video port on the motherboard. How do I make that port active? I’m running Windows 11 Pro, BIOS version 2.31.0
