emulate a mouse on win 10?

So I use win 10 through apples bootcamp, and I have an issue in some games where I cant left click if I am moving (i use a trackpad). Though when I use a bluetooth mouse it isnt a problem. Would there be any way to translate the touchpads movements and clicks to some kind of emulated mouse so that they would register? I have tried reinstalling windows and drivers but nothing seemed to work. I dont remember this problem just a few months ago.
