Hello,I have a full Microsoft 365 or Office 365 (lost track of what MS is naming it today/this week/this month etc...) subscription. I use the FULL program (not a web version or an app) for Outlook because I enjoy the full features of the program and prefer to have more troubleshooting options than just simply, "uninstall the app and then reinstall the app" and if it still doesn't work the answer becomes "oh, well, not much else can be done".....that just does NOT cut it for me.That being said here's my version information:I have been having a problem for a long time but had other things more
