We are using Outlook 2016 with Office 365. Cached mode enabled. Recently, some users reported that when searching email in a PST file, not result will return but actually there should have some matches. Here are what we have tried according to other threads in this forum:
1. Update to latest version
2. Rebuild Index
3. sfc /scannow
4. Reinstall windows search in windows feature
5. Reinstall Office
6. Start Outlook in safe mode. Works but still the same issue after disabling all add-ins.
Anything else I can try? Any suggestion is appreciated.
