My problem is that every now again, when sending an email from shared mailbox, the email remains in Outbox.
After 10 minutes they are sent, and sometimes after 8 hours. It seems like closing Outlook, and opening it again sometimes solve it.

Office 365
Shared Mailbox attached in account setup
Appropriate rights given in O365 admin
Windows version 1909 (build 18363.836)
Office Version 2004 (build 12730.20250 Click and Run)
Office recently updated and repaired
Running Cached Mode
Could anyone please give me a hint to what I can do?
