Email address is associated with another account.

My email address is still associated with my ex-husbands account/s, even though I had it years before I knew him. its either still his back up email or because we were on a family plan and I was the contact email address. I can't find a way to fix this problem on my own and he wouldn't know how to help if I asked. I have to sign in with my alternate email. It bugs me and I have some places I cannot sign-in at all.
