Elite Series II won't reconnect wirelessly to my PC! Tried unpairing and re-pairing, but it won't even show up anymore on "add a device". any help i

As the description says... I've updated all my drivers and updated the controller. I can use the controller when it is plugged in with the usb cable, but not wirelessly. The controller re-pairs to my console just fine, it just won't connect to my PC anymore.I tried contacting Microsoft Support where 1 person helped me for about 10 minutes trying to verify that my controller works (which it does) only to be sent to a "windows specialist"... was put on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up on.So... here I am! help please :)
