Elgato 4K X Audio Has Static and is Choppy Slightly

I recently purchased an Elgato 4K X external capture card for my PC setup. I am having an audio problem where the audio is decently static and choppy. I have been in contact with Elgato customer service over the past couple of months and we have tried numerous ways to troubleshoot the issue. Even after a replacement product has been sent to me, the problem does still persist, albeit, the replacement caused much improvement on the issue.While I am in still works with Elgato customer support on this issue, they did want me to reach out and see if there were any known issues with Windows 11 worki
