EFI healthy or not?

I've been encountering full PC freezing issues. Playing a games (Escape from Tarkov) would freeze PC, I would restart PC only for it to be stuck on the restarting. I then have to power down the PC manually and go into the BIOS, then exit and PC would start.Looking at the Disk Management everything is HEALTHY but when i go into settings /Storage it says EFI system partition Status = Full repair needed.CHKDSK no errors and ran sfc / scannow also no errors.I am scared and do not want to format or reinstall anything.Please helpI have updated the BIOS ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI bios v1805Intel
