Edge shows blank page when connected to internet & dial-up appears extremely slow

1. Blank page only when click into Edge after connecting to internet
2. “Dial-up” shows extremely slow when click into “setting” then “network & internet”

The only thing “different” I did to the computer is Kaspersky update. Before that, no such problem with Edge and Dial-up.

Please help.
