Ease Cursor Movement Between Displays Gets Stuck Vertically

I have ease "Cursor movement between displays" set on my Windows 11 machine. (22H2 22621.819)Monitor transition works fine left to right, but not up and down. It gets stuck any time I move vertically in either direction. I have to fuss with it. I've checked and the monitors are perfectly aligned. (They are not skewed.)Can someone give me some suggestions on what to do? Maybe snapping is causing an issue or something?Here's an example. Red doesn't work well, Green works fine.
