using outlook exxpress 6-when forwarding pictures the receipiant is not
receiving the pictures. The spaces are blank. are there setting that have to
be changed or downloads.

Open your Outlook Express, Go to Tools, then Options. Now click:
1. Send Tab, then
2. Mail Sending Format: HTML Setting, then
3..... make sure the "Send with Pictures" box is checked
