dynamic refresh rate issue

my laptop is the msi bravo 15 and at first the DRR was enabled and after a while it which like 5 months or smthg i can see that the refresh rate isnt changing anymore and now i find the setting for it and it says DRR is not supported for my device even though it used to be supported
