DVD Drive missing from file explorer after installing and attempting to uninstall Instaburn.

I reinstalled the Cyberlink Media suite that came with my blu ray drive. I noticed that the drive no longer showed up under the E: drive in file explorer and only shows up when i put media into the drive. I uninstalled the Cyberlink Media Suite. One program did not uninstall. It was called Instaburn. It didn't show up in my apps list and also could not be seen with my AVG Tuneup program that tries to find programs on your computer that one might wish to uninstall.
