Just did a clean install of my new Windows 11 after having a lot of problems on the first install. I wipped everything off the C: drive before having it formated for the system. I did the install and all seemed fine, have been installing all my programs. Now I just noticed I have duplicate folders on my system C: drive and my data E: drives. The ones on the E: drive seem to be only holding Windows folders/programs/files. see attached screen shot. Everything seems to be working fine otherwise.Never had this happen with Windows 10 or earlier versions... what is going on.. they are just taking up
