Due to system format my D & E drive are bitlocker encrypted but i am unable to login and recover 48 digit key to decrypt. pls help its very urgent

Due to system format my D & E drive are bitlocker encrypted but i am unable to login and recover 48 digit key to decrypt. pls help its very urgentI tried to recover password with below detailsusername: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***: 8368242565My laptop device name: LPT34, I created new user *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and able to access recovery key but same key not working to drive unlock.
