Due to Phone link everytime I get a call on phone it disconnects from the headphones that are paired with my phone and laptop, how to fix this?

So I have a dual connection headphones that are paired with my phone and laptop that I use but everytime I get a call it pops on my laptop screen but I am no longer able to use headphones for hearing that call, also it doesn't allow me to switch back to headphone. how do I fix this. also I still get pop up for call even when I quit phone link.
