Dual Monitor Set Up

Recently purchased the hardware to set up a dual monitor setup with my laptop. However, it seems that I may have purchased the wrong stuff because its currently not working. Just had everything setup, but monitors aren't recognizing my dual set up. Here is what I currently have. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
