Dual monitor not working!

[Windows 11]

When trying to set up dual monitors on my new computer I am having issues getting the second monitor to turn on.I’ve tried everything on forums including updating driver, different sources, power settings etc.first screen is hdmi to hdmi and works fine.Second screen is hdmi to vga and whenever I try to turn on the monitor it says “standby mode” and turns off.Both monitors are detected in my display settings and I have set everything to what it should be at.I have a lenovo ideacentre 3 desktop pc and two compatible monitors.
