Drivers missing under 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers' in Device Manager

Hi,I was always hearing noise no matter what headphone I plug in to my dell laptop running win11(24H2), assuming it's sampling rate issue, so I decided to uninstall all 3 drivers under 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers' in Device Manager. I remembered one called cirrus logic high definition audio driver, the other 2 like USB driver or something I forgot. Now the weird thing happened, after uninstalling those 3 devices and restart, 3 new drivers appeared under 'unknown devices' in device manager, which are BT Sideband device, Intel High Definition Audio and USB device, now no drivers under 'So
