Drivers for "Select driver to install" not working.

I wanted to do a fresh install of windows on a PC with no OS, I make a bootable drive, insert it in my PC, press install, and the first thing that pops up is "Select driver to install" window. (The PC is a Dell Optiplex 9020 AIO with a i5-4570S)I search the internet, get the IRST driver from intel website, and it doesn't work. I try again but this time with the drivers from dell's website and still didn't work. Every driver I could find it just wouldn't work, some of them said that "No new drivers were installed" and some of them said that they coudn't install it and gave me blue screen. Some
