Drivers and ethernet fail on startup

Hi, On my new Windows 11 PC, i've been experiencing an error where when I boot the computer, about once in every two boots (error occurs, then success boot, error occurs, then success boot etc although it occasionally breaks this pattern). The boot takes exceptionally long and the ethernet fails resulting in no network access. Additionally, for a minute or two the screen only refreshes once every few seconds and I can barely move my mouse.
