Driver_Power_State_Failure - A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time

I recently purchased a refurbished Galaxy Book 3 Ultra (i9 4070 set up) from Amazon. The first time I opened the laptop I got a blue screen with Driver_Power_State_Failure. Everything else works great, no crashes even under heavy loads. This only occurs when I shut down the laptop and return to it the next day. Upon opening the screen, the laptop turns on, shows the Samsung logo, and goes black for 2-3 minutes then Driver_Power_State_Failure shows up.
