Driver Verifier BSOD Loop

My PC is stuck in a BSOD loop with the code DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION. Previously I was able to enter the recovery menu and tried using the command prompt to reset but doing so didn't fix the issue, and it now reaches the BSOD before the recovery menu can open. Following that, I was able to enter the BIOS a few times before the BSOD happened again. I have since made a USB boot drive, but am not able to do anything to change the boot settings. Twice instead of the BSOD I did get a different screen, saying a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed, with the error code 0xc00
