Driver Power State Failure

Hi I am having an issue where my computer will BSOD randomly with the power state failure cause, checked event viewer says gameinput service terminated right before the BSOD crash, also checked task manager and it says my boot M.2 drive is now RAID not sure if its relevant but it consistently crashes from me running SFC /scannow got the latest intel gpu drivers and all the latest windows updates with optional ones. Computer SpecsIntel I5-1135G7 32GB 3200M/T SODIMM RAMIris XE GPU integrated with the I5 500gb NvME Boot drive with 1tb external SSD
