Driver Power State Failure

Little bit of backstory, so I built this pc about a couple months ago, and everything was fine. Last night before leaving the house, I updated and shut down the computer and thought nothing about it. Today, when logging onto my computer, it would stay on for about 5 mins before this screen pops up, and then it restarts. It does every about every 3-5 mins when it’s on. My VGA light on motherboard has turned on in the past but typically goes away after like 10 minutes. I’ve seen that a good solution to try is to update or go back a update on ur drivers for ur graphics card on device manager, but
