So, my HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13z-ay000 CTO had windows 11 on it before this problem but then I got a bsod (driver pnp watchdog error) so I everything and nothing worked so I tried to keep downgrading the os until I got something to work so now I'm stuck on windows 8.1 and there are multiple drivers that aren't updated and its stopping me from upgrading because of this error.
