Driver Incompatibility Issue - LAN Card

After the wonderful Windows Update on July 11th now my LAN card no longer
works. I understand that the update was for the windows driver compatibility
list, and what was working before now isn't. I get a "Deterministic Networks
VPN" driver error and says that it is not compatible with the upgrade I'm
trying to do.

Help!
 
YES!! I just spent the past 2 days trying to fix this with no internet
connect (with my broadband or wifi). Turning the firewall off and on helped
me connect, but now I CONSTANTLY get "This driver is blocked due to
compatibility issues..." related to the Deterministic Networks VPN.
Someone please help! How do I stop the pop-ups!
