drive C get full without any known reason

Hello,Its been a while since my C drive always get full without any reason I know. Auto update already been off (but doesn't know how to "fully" turn off as if we checked on running services, its always on despite any attempt to auto shut them from on). Temp also been checked but sometimes no indication of wheter its full or not. Checking capacity and right click to drive and disc clean up also no significant result (as previously I have 21 GB left but suddenly left only l13GB and always decrease, disc cleanup only offer to delete 300MB or so).
