Drag and drop fron Outlook dont work, Outlook 2016 fix is to remove KB4484343 but what about Office 365 users?

Hi, we have a lot of ERP users where there ERP program dont allow drag and drop from Outlook after latest update. For users running the MSI version of Outlook 2016 the fix is to remove the KB4484343 but what about click and run users and Office 365 users that got the same problem after 5 May 2020 ??
