Drafts and Sent Folder in Outlook for MAC problems

I have lost the last 8 years of sent emails from the Sent Folder and emails in the Drafts folder. Neither are currently keeping a record of sent emails or drafts.

when i try to open the folder sent from another user from his one drive it is redirecting to share point rather than opening in my one drive
