DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION - Constant lockups and Crashing while working or ideal (Minidump files included)

For the last year+, I've been trying to diagnose why my computer keeps locking up and crashing to a blue screen. Generally, my Bluescreen reports a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION with no other error code. Often, the crash happens during random unrelated events; Sometimes, my computer will be ideal; other times, I'll be working in Adobe Premiere or Foundry Nuke on some heavy projects or, the most consistent and embarrassing, a web call with a supervisor while specifically using the chrome browser.
